Billing Policy

Our billing procedures at MorgenBrooke LLC are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for our clients. Below are the general billing guidelines we follow:

Short Term Projects:

• For short term projects, we require 50% of the budget projection to be paid prior to the start of the project.
• The remaining 50% is due upon submission for the completion of the project.

Long Term Projects:

• For long term projects, we require 50% of the budget to be paid prior to the start of the project.
• 25% of the budget is due at the midpoint of the project timeline.
• The remaining 25% is due upon completion of the project.

Retainer:

• For retainer agreements, we require payment for the first and last month in advance.
• Any modifications to the retainer payment schedule will be outlined in the final Plan of Work (POW) agreement.
